Black belt workout open to all students interested in higher learning.  Come prepared to have fun, sweat, and learn alot.  Bring your hand wraps and if you don't have any you can buy some for $5.00.  Please arrive between 9:30 and 9:45 so you are ready to start on time with your hands wrapped.  We will help you if you don't know how to wrap them.
